It’s now time to book your first appointment. We will find a time that suits and send you the necessary forms to complete before we meet.

Getting ready for the first session! In this first session, you will get the chance to talk about your concerns and we will set some goals for your therapy. We will get to know more about your history and put a plan together that works towards your goals.
